The principal and associates of IMG each
have extensive commercial real estate experience collectively
spanning over eight decades. Our unique combination of hands-on
experience with core management strategies and property
operations in tandem with having personally navigated a
full range of economic cycles uniquely positions our team
to create value enhancement and value recovery/stabilization
strategies for our clients.
IMG utilizes state of the industry computer
accounting programs. Once a client's goals and objectives
have been established, customized reports and other evaluation
tools are developed and tailored to meet the specialized
requirements of each individual client. All accounting services
are provided by a Certified Professional Accountant.
IMG prides itself on being able to bring
creative problem solving skills to each client's unique
set of challenges and opportunities. We are dedicated to
identifying the elements specific to each property in order
to negotiate effective solutions and to earn the trust of
clients and tenants alike.
IMG utilizes a variety of industry professionals
who provide a wide array of vendor services ranging from
HVAC maintenance and repair, electricians, roofers, landscapers,
paving and striping professionals, pest control managers,
fire and safety firms, janitorial providers, porter services,
locksmiths, and general contractors. Projects are bid on
a competitive basis and are reviewed by our in-house maintenance
engineer. The competitive bidding process effectively serves
as a check and balance process allowing management to confirm
that each vendor's pricing is in-line with market
pricing.
