Maintenance Engineer
Abayomi Scott, known to all as "Scotty",
brings 30 years of maintenance and mechanical engineering
skills to Islandia Management Group. Scotty's extensive
background includes SMA/BOMI training in refrigeration systems,
boilers and heat systems, air handlers, water treatment,
electrical and pneumatic systems, energy management, roof
maintenance and repair, lighting, plumbing, life safety
systems, general building operations, and tenant finish
outs.
Scotty is an integral part of the management team. Scotty
reviews all material bids prior to IMG awarding work. His
pro-active approach and oversight yield bottom line savings
to each asset in IMG's portfolio.
Scotty is the cornerstone of IMG's emergency response
team. IMG has proven experience in responding to water,
power, accident and storm events on a 24/7 basis. IMG's
ability to respond quickly and to coordinate City resources,
