Senior Property Manager
Lillian Scoggins joined Islandia Management Group
in 1999 as an associate providing property management services.
Lillian specializes in tenant relations, utility management,
vendor coordination, and information management skills.
She currently oversees a retail and office portfolio located
throughout the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex.
Prior to joining Islandia Management Group, Lillian worked
for another well recognized management and development firm
for 13 years providing strategic alliances with both their
Property Management and Development teams. Lillian provided
hands on property management services ranging from rent
collections, repair and maintenance coordination, management
report and accounting facilitation, lease transaction documentation,
and insurance documentation.
Lillian continues to build on this core foundation of skills
and continues to respectfully deliver superior results
oriented services for each of Islandia's clients.
